Thanks to the wonderful people over at myblogspark.com and Nature Valley, it's time for our next giveaway! I've had the opportunity to test out the new and delicious Nature Valley Granola Nut Clusters, advertised as the "perfect combination of sweet and salty flavors paired with a crunchy texture you can see and taste." I have to admit, I had been eyeing these in the grocery store and was delighted at the chance to try them out. I have always loved Nature Valley crunchy granola bars and keep my pantry stocked with them, but any of you who have tried them surely know that they are not the best food to eat inconspicuously on-the-go because they are so crumbly! The wonderful people over at MyBlogSpark.com and Chex have given me the opportunity to test out some of their new Chex Mix Turtle Bars, and best of all, they are also supplying six extra boxes of these delicious snacks to give away to three of my readers here at Modern Frugality!
Each box comes with six 1.2-oz bars of gooey sweetness containing caramel-covered Corn Chex, Wheat Chex, chocolate, peanuts, and pretzels. The number one ingredient in these bars is whole wheat flour, providing at least 8 grams of whole grain per serving. Each bar contains less than less than 150 calories. So, while after tasting these it's difficult to say that they are actually healthy, I can say that if you're going to indulge in something sweet these provide a way to do it in a way that leaves you feeling a little less guilty than you would with some of the sugary snacks that are out there. They definitely get a big thumbs up from my four-year-old, who says he likes them A LOT. :)

Formerly Kanbay Research and even more formerly Advanced Research.
Toluna (previously Your2Cents) - Pays $1-$5 per survey. Also earn points by completing profiles and other activities on website. Checks can be requested after reaching $10 (30,000 points) and will be sent in $10 increments only (balance will remain in account). You can earn additional points by completing profiles.

MY TIPS:
I recommend setting up a separate email account for surveys, sweepstakes, etc, and then signing up for all or most of these survey sites. Then you can easily ignore all unpaid or low-paying surveys and still have enough among the rest to make a decent amount from them. Personally I like to save all of my rewards until October and then cash out of all of them so that I have a nice little bonus to add to my Christmas shopping fund. Be sure to keep all profiles up-to-date so that you can receive the surveys you will be most likely to qualify for.

wRatings Panel - Qualifying surveys are sent out quarterly. You can qualify for multiple surveys based on the qualifying survey, and each one generally pays $5 by online gift card (I have always received either Amazon or Circuit City codes). Formerly Kanbay Research and even more formerly Advanced Research.
Toluna (previously Your2Cents) - Pays $1-$5 per survey. Also earn points by completing profiles and other activities on website. Checks can be requested after reaching $10 (30,000 points) and will be sent in $10 increments only (balance will remain in account). You can earn additional points by completing profiles.

MY TIPS:
I recommend setting up a separate email account for surveys, sweepstakes, etc, and then signing up for all or most of these survey sites. Then you can easily ignore all unpaid or low-paying surveys and still have enough among the rest to make a decent amount from them. Personally I like to save all of my rewards until October and then cash out of all of them so that I have a nice little bonus to add to my Christmas shopping fund. Be sure to keep all profiles up-to-date so that you can receive the surveys you will be most likely to qualify for.

Here are the instructions from "Freebies 4 Mom" on how to snag your free card:
